RETURNING AND REFUND POLICY

Any model you buy at Cavemanwatches comes with up to One (5) years warranty depending on the type of model. We do not offer full refund after purchase is completed.
We offer hassle-free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support Team at +233557516744 to schedule your return.

We pride ourselves with quality products that should last a lifetime, but If there is a problem with your watch or you prefer a another model, you can return it and make the a new choice within a week of purchase. Also, the shipping cost+ is on us if the return or exchange is caused by a manufacturing fault. After this period has elapsed the return postage has to be covered by the customer if it is not a manufacturing fault.
Once we have received your watch back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed immediately.
Our warranty covers leather strap, glass, battery and crown.
The warranty does not cover;

• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage unless marked water-resistant (3 ATM or above).
• Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects, inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.
