TOUR THE CAVE AGREEMENT
By booking and/or participating in a Caveman Watches Factory Tour, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Safety Rules & Dress Code
- Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by Caveman Watches staff before and during the tour.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Loose clothing, dangling accessories, or other attire that could pose safety risks are strictly prohibited.
- Protective equipment (if provided) must be worn at all times.
- Caveman Watches reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone not adhering to the dress code or safety requirements.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement
- During the tour, participants may be exposed to confidential information, trade secrets, and proprietary processes of Caveman Watches.
- Participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use any such information for personal, commercial, or competitive purposes.
- This obligation of confidentiality continues indefinitely after the conclusion of the tour.
3. Consent to Photography & Filming
- By joining the tour, participants consent to Caveman Watches photographing and/or filming them during the tour.
- Caveman Watches may use such images, audio, or video recordings for marketing, advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed.
- Participants waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim compensation related to the use of these materials.
4. Release of Liability
- Participants acknowledge that the factory environment involves potential risks.
- By participating, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour and release Caveman Watches, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages, except where prohibited by law.
